TICKETS PRE-ORDER POLICIES

To mark the occasion of reopening on 1/7/2021 after the recent social distancing, Go Kart Hanoi would like to offer you an unprecedented promotion when making a reservation.

BEFORE COMPLETING REGISTRATION FORM BELOW, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE TICKET PRE-ORDER POLICIES:

1. Ticket price:
Weekday: 149,000 VND/person/session
Weekends: 179,000 VND/person/session

2. Playing time: 1 session will last for 30 minutes, maximum of 08 people allowed at the same time

3. Number of tickets: 100 tickets for customers who register the earliest

4. Ticket types: Only applicable for individual tickets, not applicable for teambuilding tickets

5. Registration period: 27/6 - 2/7/2021

6. Expiration date: 1/7 - 14/7/2021 (2 weeks)

7. Please pay 100% of the ticket price in advance, take a screenshot of the invoice and upload it in the registration form. After receiving the payment, Go Kart Hanoi will send a confirmation email with the registration code.

8. Once registered your date and time of play, you will not be able to change the time or receive your refund. Go Kart Hanoi will update your name + playing time at the link below. Please visit this link to view available shifts to book an appointment:

9. In case your desired time is filled, Go Kart Hanoi will prioritize to customers who have filled out the application form and paid deposit in advance. In this case, Go Kart Hanoi will change your schedule to another time regarding your desire.

10. Please arrive 10 minutes early so Go Kart Hanoi can best prepare for your play. In case of late arrival or no show-up, tickets will be non-refundable.

11. Go Kart Hanoi will contact you to confirm the booking and the time and play date after receiving your application form and deposit. If you buy tickets for a group and have not yet decided on an answer, Go Kart Hanoi will make an appointment to contact you again and confirm the ticket after 24 hours from the time we last contacted you.

12. Tickets are non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.

13. Tickets are not valid to use with other promotions.
